Dysprosium lead thiogallate crystal resonantly pumped by Er:YLF laser radiation

Abstract

The characteristics of room temperature Dy3+:PbGa2S4 resonantly pumped by the 1.74 µm Er:YLF laser radiation was investigated. The stable output energy and slope efficiency obtained at 4.3 µm was 3.1 mJ and 8%, respectively.
