Single-Frequency Wavelength-Tunable Erbium-Doped Fiber Laser with Simple Ring Scheme

Abstract

We demonstrate a single-longitudinal-mode wavelength-tunable erbium-doped fiber ring laser using simple ring cavity design. Based on the fiber ring design, the mode hopping can be avoided to achieve single-frequency output in C-band operation.
