Ultra-Broadband, Frequency-agile THz-wave Generator and its Applications

Abstract

Ultra-broadband as well as frequency-agile THz-wave generation has become feasible via phase-matched DAST-DFG. Covered frequency region is 1 THz to beyond 40 THz. The random-frequency access and the broad tunability provide promising THz-wave applications in various industrial and research fields. The THz-wave source and its applications will be discussed.
