High repetition rate – sub 20 fs optical parametric amplifier pumped by high power fiber amplifier

Abstract

We report on a noncollinear optical parametric amplifier, which is pumped by a fiber-amplifier, producing ultra-short pulses with pulse-durations down to 15.6 fs and pulse-energies up to 500 nJ at 2 MHz repetition rate.
