High Efficiency Third Harmonic Generation at 355 nm in CBF (Ca5(BO3)3F) Single Crystal Using Micro-MOPA

Abstract

Third harmonic generation of Nd3+:YAG micro-MOPA system was obtained with 16.9% conversion efficiency and energy, pulse duration and peak power equal to 479 µJ, 568 ps and 0.843 MW, respectively.
