Ni2+:KZnF3 Glass-Ceramics Waveguide Beam Splitters Inscribed by Femtosecond Laser

Abstract

The 1 × 2 beam splitters with different beam splitting angles are fabricated in the Ni2+:KZnF3 glass-ceramics by femtosecond laser. The minimum propagation loss is determined at 1030nm, and its guiding properties are investigated.
