Abstract

To study the in vivo functional dynamics of deep brain tissue, a high power, synchronized dual-channel laser has been developed providing laser pulse parameters: 3.8 W (4.7MHz) at 960nm (< 90fs) and 1.2W (1MHz) at 1300nm (< 70fs). Both channels are synchronized to within 5fs (rms).
