Active pulse shape control in a solid-state MOPA system with narrow linewidth and high peak power

Abstract

We demonstrated the active-shaping for a Nd:YVO4 MOPA system with peak power of 42 kW and narrow linewidth less than 0.06 nm. A range of desired pulse shapes were generated at the final output.
