Wavelength-conversion Characteristics of Quasi-phase-matching Stack of GaAs Plates Fabricated with the Room-temperature-bonding Technique

Abstract

Using the room-temperature bonding, we have succeeded in fabricating a quasi-phase-matching stack of GaAs plates with low loss. The SHG efficiency is found to be nearly the same within the whole aperture of the device.
