Piezoelectric Resonance Spectroscopy of Ionic Conductivity in Nonlinear-Optical LBO Crystals

Abstract

Piezoelectric resonance spectroscopy is proposed for investigation of ionic conductivity in nonlinear-optical crystals by measuring line form temperature dependence of its resonances. Relation between LBO ionic conductivity and its resistance to UV exposure is investigated.
