A mW-level 10.7-eV (λ=115.6nm) VUV Laser By Cascaded Third Harmonic Generation of A Yb:fiber Laser at 1-MHz

Abstract

A mW-level 10.7-eV VUV laser was demonstrated, based on cascaded third harmonic generation of a 1-MHz Yb:fiber CPA laser. The conversion efficiency from 347 nm to 115.6 nm (10.7 eV) was ~2.5×10-4.
