Abstract

In this work, using Spin Coating-Coreduction Approach(SCCA), high-purity few layers Bi2Te3 thin film was successfully prepared and with high optical quality. Additionally, low threshold Q-switched mode-locked 1.06um solid state laser was also demonstrated.
