Pulsed visible lasers with low dimensional semiconductors

Abstract

Pulsed lasers in the visible range are playing important roles in our daily life and modern technology. Here, we demonstrated the pulsed visible lasers based on atomic-layer molybdenum sulfide (MoS2), which was an ultrathin two-dimensional material.
