Mid-infrared Supercontinuum Covering 3-10 μm Using a As2Se3 Core and As2S5 Cladding Step-index Chalcogenide Fiber

Abstract

A mid-infrared supercontinuum source covering 3–10 μm is successfully demonstrated in a 4-cm-long As2Se3 core and As2S5 cladding step-index chalcogenide fiber pumped with the MIR pulse generated by difference frequency generation.
