High-repetition-rate, 90-μJ ultrafast chirped-pulse parametric amplifier front-end at 1.55 μm

Abstract

90-μJ, ~50-fs, 1.55-μm pulses were generated at 100 kHz by a two-stage optical parametric chirped pulse amplifier, permitting the development of novel experimental strategies towards laser-based imaging of molecular structures and chemical reactivity.
