Abstract

We present a long-wavelength singly-resonant optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based upon orientation-patterned gallium arsenide (OP-GaAs) pumped internal to a high-repetition-rate, Q-switched Tm:YAP laser. We demonstrate up to 120mW of extracted idler and tuning from 2.5-6.8µm.
