Quasi-continuous-wave, diode-side-pumped, self-adaptive Nd:YAG slab laser with diffractive output

Abstract

The self-adaptive, closed-loop, diode-side-pumped Nd:YAG laser with near-diffraction output is demonstrated. 32 mJ of output energy with slope efficiency of 25.3% was achieved. The beam quality parameter M2 was less than 2.
