In-vivo Studies on Selective Reduction of New-born Blood Vessels based on Ultrafast Laser Microsurgery

Abstract

We investigated selective reduction of angiogenesis based on ultrafast laser. Using transgenic zebrafish embryos and model animal, we have demonstrated that the method is very effective for a selective reduction of angiogenesis in vivo.
