Growth and characteristics of CsB3O5 crystal for solid-state deep-ultraviolet laser

Abstract

We examined the characteristics of CsB3O5 for deep-UV generation such as 193-nm source based on frequency conversion from 1547-nm light. Single crystal with dimensions of 23 × 21×11 mm3 was obtained and the optical properties will be presented.
