Compact THz radiation source from an InAs in a 2-T permanent magnet irradiated with 1.04-µm femtosecond fiber laser pulses

Abstract

Intense THz radiation is generated from an InAs emitter in a 2-T magnetic field irradiated with 1.04-µm, 80-fs, 180mW, fiber laser pulses. The THz radiation can beeven detected by a pyroelectric thermal receiver.
