Abstract

A laser-diode-pumped high-repetition rate zigzag slab Nd:YAG laser MOPA system is developed as a pump source of a high average power Ti: sapphire ultrashort pulse CPA laser. The green laser pulse with the average power of 135 W is produced by using a directly bonded KTP crystal and a KTP crystal at the pulse repetition rate of 100 Hz. The pulse duration of green laser is around 70 ns and the average output power stability is within ± 1%.
