Spectrum control of coherent, short-pulse, far-infrared radiation from InAs under magnetic field irradiated with stretched femtosecond laser pulses

Abstract

The spectrum of coherent far-infrared radiation from InAs under magnetic field irradiated with femtosecond pulses is found to be controlled by the pulse width and chirp direction of the excitation pulse.
