Abstract

We report the development of a compact pulsed Ti:S laser operating at a pulse repetition frequency of 24 kHz. The Ti:S laser produced average output power of 320 mW, consisting of 50 nsec pulses with 440 W peak power. Use of a CVL pump source produces short tunable pulses with excellent pulse-to-pufse stability
