Abstract

This volume is the proceedings of the Topical Meeting on Advanced Solid-State Lasers, which took place in New Orleans, Louisiana, February 1-4, 1993. The meeting presented the latest results of research in solid-state laser technology, and included papers on laser design, theory and performance, development and characterization of laser materials, and on nonlinear materials and devices.
