Deep-Subwavelength Sensing of Graphene Monolayer with Fano Resonant Metasurfaces

Abstract

We demonstrate the sensing of a graphene monolayer with terahertz Fano resonances in metasurface that consists of two-dimensional array of symmetry broken resonators. A drastic change in the transmission of the resonators was observed.
