The investigations of THz radiation properties of Mg-doped LiNbO3 based on first-principles

Abstract

Based on the first principles, the dynamic properties of Mg: LiNbO3 was studied. The results show that the parametric oscillatory threshold of Mg: LiNbO3 decreases, and the THz wave with stable performance and higher energy was obtained.
