The Investigations of Tunable Gap in Armchair Graphene Nanoribbons

Abstract

The electronic structure of armchair graphene was studied by using the first principle. The result shows that the range of band gap is 0~1.6eV, which can be applied to the nano-devices and terahertz spectroscopy.
