Abstract

Terahertz science and technology is a new frontier field developed in recent years. Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) has a very important application prospect in molecular identification and detection of substances. Unlike Fourier spectrometer, it has its own unique advantages. In this article, THz-TDS will be used to analyze a variety of yellow wine samples, and to test the fingerprint characteristics of samples and to detect the absorption spectra in the frequency range from 0.2 to 1.2THz. The simulation results indicate that the THz-TDS system has good function for detecting the fingerprint characteristics of yellow wine.
