Self-reference single-beam optical sensor for methane measurement in different background gases

Abstract

Self-reference single-beam optical sensor is presented to detect methane concentration, whose advantage is measuring absorption line shape precisely. Consequently measurement accuracy could be improved by absorption line shape correction of methane in different background gases.
