Nonlinear Interaction of Space Charge Waves and Dynamic Self Deflection of Recording Beams in BSO

Abstract

For the first time a strong dynamic deflection of the recording beams reflected from the crystal surface was observed. Deflection is due to the surface vibration caused by the nonlinear interaction of space charge waves.
