Abstract

We theoretically and experimentally investigated the properties of PRCM connected in multistages in an optical bus system. The bus gain and branching gain of mode 1 and mode 2 operating single PRCM is examined in consideration of the CPFWM efficiency, respectively. We show that the complementary connection of PRCM is very effective for the maintenance of the system bus gain.
