Modal aberration correction in confocal microscope with CCD camera detection

Abstract

We present a confocal microscope with integrated adaptive optics and a CCD camera as a variable pinhole and detector. Aberration correction using a modal routine combined with a ray-tracing pre-correction will be discussed.
