Thickness profile measurement of the double-layered glass substrate based on transmission-type spectral domain interferometer

Abstract

The physical thickness of a double-layered glass substrate was measured without the refractive index information by using a transmission-type spectral domain interferometer. The standard deviation of thickness profile map was less than 0.01 μm.
