Adaptive Optics for Superresolution Fluorescence Microscopy

Abstract

I will discuss recent work on the application of adaptive optics to structured illumination microscopy (SIM) and Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM). With Adaptive Optics, SIM and STORM can be used over thirty microns into thick tissue samples.
