Efficient Hybrid Solar Cells Based on Conjugated Polymer: PbSxSe1-x Nanocrystal Composites---Benefiting from Vertical Phase Segregation

Abstract

Hybrid solar cells employing polymer and PbSxSe1-x nanocrystals have been demonstrated with a record high power conversion efficiency of 5.50% and a large fill factor of 67%, benefiting from the self-assembled vertical phase segregation structure.
