Abstract

TiCl4 modification increased the power conversion efficiency of single-crystal rutile TiO2 nanorod arrays (TNRs) based quantum dot-sensitized solar cells from 0.36% to 1.17%. Vacuum thermal evaporated CuxS counter electrode was introduced for TNRs based QDSCs.
