Dye aggregates on TiO2 surface in DSSCs: a DFT study

Abstract

The formation of dye aggregates on TiO2 surface plays a prominent role in determining the conversion efficiencies of dye-sensitized solar cells. The aggregation effects can be well described by density functional theory method.
