Abstract

Kesterite phase Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) and Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) NPs have been synthesized by solvothermal routes. Raman analysis showed that both of the samples exhibited a temperature-dependent frequency shift, which was attributed to a 4-phonon damping process.
