Characteristics of Fano Filters Based on Transferred Silicon Nanomembranes on Glass and Plastic Substrates

Abstract

We report the measured characteristics of optical filters based on Fano resonances in patterned single crystalline silicon nanomembranes, transferred onto glass and plastic substrates. The observed angle dependent transmission and waveguiding effects are also reported.
