Top hat fiber delivered high power sources and thin films photovoltaics scribing

Abstract

We have developped laser sources with multiple parallel single mode or multi-mode fiber delivery at 1030 nm and 515 nm. Application to very clean scribing of thin films ITO, CdTe, a-SI or CIGS are presented.
