Thermal Simulation: a Must for Optimal Product Design

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Next to experimental techniques, thermal analysis tools play an increasingly important role in supporting engineers to realize an optimal product design. Using these tools in early design phases, possible consequences of design changes in terms of their influence on critical temperatures can be easily evaluated.
