Standardization and Phantom-based Performance Evaluation of Biophotonic Devices for Clinical Imaging

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Well-validated test methods for characterization of biophotonic device performance can facilitate technological progress and clinical translation. Both novel phantom-based techniques and those adapted from established medical imaging modalities may find roles in standards under development.
