A Quantitative UV Chemometric Model for the Determination of Zeaxanthin Cis and Trans Isomers

Abstract

PLS1 modeling was used for UV/Vis against HPLC data on >300 samples to create a rapid industrial quantification method (correlation R2 > 0.95) for the totality and each of the individual isomers of zeaxanthin.
