Abstract

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is emerging as a potent industrial spectroscopy. Uniquely capable for light-element detection, useful for material identification, depth profiling, and elemental surface mapping, LIBS can solve numerous industrial problems in real-time.
