Interaction between topological photonic crystal nanocavity and quantum dots

Abstract

We demonstrate a low-threshold topological nanolaser and the weak coupling to single quantum dot in the topological nanocavity, promoting the development of topological nanophotonic circuitry for the manipulation of photons in classical and quantum regimes.
