Single-shot detection of thermal response of thin films based on photonic time stretch

Abstract

Single-shot detection method based on photonic time-stretch of femtosecond laser pulses is proposed to obtain thermal response of materials. This process improves the traditional detection technology and has potential applications in high-throughput measurement of materials.
