Abstract

We have proposed a compact and distributed near infrared detecting system based on 45 ºtilted fiber gratings. The system has been applied to measure the moisture level of flour sample, which have shown linear response between moisture level and testing signal. (tel:18062120349, e-mail: yanzhijun@gmail.com).
