Abstract

The walk-off effect on multi-channel DBP-based inter-channel fiber nonlinearity compensation for unrepeatered optical system is investigated. 5×112Gb/s PDM-QPSK WDM transmission results confirm that SPM and XPM can be efficiently compensated by utilizing the multi-channel DBP including the walk-off effect among channels.
