Optoelectronic simulation and physics of the perovskite solar cells

Abstract

We demonstrated the comprehensively optoelectronic simulation of regular and inverted configurations perovskite solar cells by addressing the optical and carrier dynamic behaviors. They optoelectronic characteristics are quantitatively analyzed and the multiple optimization strategies are provided.
