Abstract

We fabricated and packaged a 75 µm single layer QD blue micro-LED with a record high modulation bandwidth of 1.04 GHz and a 3-meter 1.25 Gbps NRZ-OOK VLC system with 1.53×10-5 BER was demonstrated accordingly.
